Payment

All orders are processed securely through Paypal.

Shipping

We do our very best to keep shipping costs to a minimum yet use services that offer protection from loss whenever possible.

We ship from Portland, OR. We do our best to ship within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Domestic orders for skateboards are shipped via UPS. All other products are shipped USPS Priority Mail. 

International orders for skateboards are shipped via USPS Priority mail, the customs number acts like a tracking number. All other products are shipped USPS First Class International. Please note that international recipients are responsible for any duties and taxes upon delivery.

Once an order is given to a USPS carrier the item becomes that carrier's responsibility and The Predatory Bird is no longer liable. We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of the USA.

Returns

We are a small-ass, aggressive-gull-themed, home business and at this point cannot/will not accept returns. Sorry.
